When the studio came to us as clients, their game had not yet been released to the app store and was still in development. My challenge was to create a strategy that would serve as an introductory campaign, building a solid foundation for the future, while doing so without marketing materials and, initially, even without in-game elements.

To build a strong foundation, we structured the game's release in several phases. First, an alpha demo was launched in India to test the market. To optimally test our creatives, I developed three core campaign themes to serve as a basis for future efforts:

To address the challenge of not having marketing materials, I leveraged AI tools to create 3D assets for our campaigns. This approach gave us a strong creative foundation to build on.

To craete a strong pre-launch awareness, we launched a series of ads across multiple platforms, with a laser focus on showcasing core gameplay and delivering visually stunning content.

As mentuned before, the challenge was building these campaigns without the final game assets. I overcame this by strategically using AI tools for generating the missing character art and fantasy environments in a way that perfectly aligned with the game's lore and style. This approach allowed us to produce high-impact ads that were both consistent in their quality and authentic to the game's identity, setting the stage for a successful launch.

Concept 01 - Strategy Master

Main idea: This concept highlight the strategic adventure element of the game, where victory comes from mastering complex strategy, not just action. The tone is exciting and urgent to highlight the thrill of high-stakes decisions.

Target audiance: The concept target strategically-minded players who seek intellectual challenges. They are motivated by the satisfaction of outsmarting opponents and the continuous self-improvement that comes from mastering a complex system.

To craft the most effective visual narrative for the app, we developed two distinct creative directions for the App Store screenshots. 
Each direction is anchored in a different user motivation, allowing us to assess which approach resonates more strongly with the target audience and drives engagement.

Concept 02 - Game Steps to Glory

Main idea: This concept presents a clear and exciting path to winning real money. The design uses powerful language to emphasize simplicity and the thrill of victory.

Target audiance: Players motivated by financial reward and a straightforward, high-energy gaming experience. They want games that are easy to understand and offer a clear chance to win.
